<p>It's not necessary to attach a CV to your graduate school application, but it's a good idea since it provides a nice summary of your academic activities.</p>
<p>When I applied to graduate school, my CV had sections entitled Education, Relevant Coursework, Research Experience, and Publications and Abstracts. You can also include sections on awards or teaching experience if you have either.</p>
