I sat in shock on Wednesday when he picked auburn. You could tell he was a very confused young man. But I love the fact he had the barners celebrating only to break their hearts a few days later.

He certainly caps off a great recruiting class. Look forward to seeing him and the rest of the class on the field over the next few years.

And don’t look now but Coach Grant has the basketball team playing some great ball. Had a horrible start to the season with a few bad loses and some suspensions but they are on fire right now. Just need to keep winning the games they should and maybe pull off one more upset and an NCAA tournament berth is very possible.

Coach Anthony Grant is someone we can all be proud of having as our coach. Attractive, intelligent, calm, but passionate deep down, and a winner! And more importantly, he cares about molding boys into men as evidenced by his willingness to discipline early in the season when he could have let things slide. This team is night and day from where it was before he set foot on campus. I just wish I could go to the games in TTown!

It will be so good for Bama to be strong in football and in basketball. It will really help bring more attention to Bama.
