I’m extremely nervous, superstitious - trying not to be - last year I found myself shuttling DD1 and friend around to lock down an apartment for new job, new area San Fran … and try as I did I couldn’t lead them into sports bar to catch the game against the Aggies – well not a happy day with dad texting me the happenings.

Guess what, I find myself in same spot this year, up in Bay area helping her looking for new apartment, but this time I’m insisting on lunch break to catch the game. (Any Bay area CCers with a suggestion. Checking out a place in Mountain View that purports to have Bama fans.) Also taking the fact that ran into Bama fans on way to game this morning at Orange County airport - a good sign, nothing like starting the day with a good Roll Tide. And this time I have nothing but Crimson and white with Bama accessories (Bama shirt for tomorrow of course) for my weekend wardrobe.

Aeromom I agree a weekend without seems empty. ROLL TIDE!

DD should be there by 11:00 tonight with some friends from UA. She is staying with high school friends that are there and she snagged a ticket to the game.

I am so anxious for this game. I don’t know if I will be able to stomach watching the game though. Last year I wore my “BEAT A&M” button. I retired that thing! I was also at a cheer competition during the game, WORST EVER! DD2 retired from cheer so now this should be a good year.

Playing in College Station and Johnny boy has already proven he can beat the TIDE. Don’t hold your breath Tide fans this game will be decided in the 4th, when Johnny boy takes it to the end zone and College Station erupts in utter jubilation!

I really hope that Saban prepared those boys for the roars that they will hear in the stadium at Kyle Field. I know that they won’t be able to communicate verbally with one another due to the noise…they don’t call it Yell Practice for nothing!

House divided here…crossing my fingers that Bama obliterates them!

The entire nation will be watching the game today. I have too many kin in Alabama to even make a comment on this one. It will be an interesting day.
