<p>Honors College - Humanities, and econ major. Zowie both humanities and social sciences are highly rated at UMd. Now that she's chosen....people are coming out of the woodwork even in the midwest telling us how great UMd is in econ, and soc science. Plus the access to internship is superb. She's already gotten the postcard from a fellow "Manatee" (hilarious) telling her how much fun the living/learning unit is, and the stuff they get out and do. So i've already gotten her the mandatory Terp sweatshirt, and she's wearing it proudly in flyover country! Ha. </p>
