D-day minus four...words of advice

I know we're all freaked out right now with only four days left til D(ecision)-day. And although I'm as nervous as anyone else on here (probably moreso than most), I just want to say that we will all be ok, no matter what the decision is. I'm not a fatalist, but I do think events line up the way they do for a reason. So, FWIW, hang in there; it will work out for the best for all of us. If you are accepted, be a gracious winner; if you're ever tempted to become an Ivy-snob, remember how uncertain things looked at D-day minus four. If you are rejected, know that there are a thousand great schools out there and that --for whatever inscrutable reason-- one of them will be a better fit for you than Penn would have been. If you are deferred, hang in there; accept the deferral as a gift of more time...things will work out as they are meant to. OK, that's my shpiel (sp?) for today...good luck...
