D first semester

Hey I got a D in the first semester of my senior year in my AP calculus BC class and was wondering if I'm screwed for getting into the colleges UCR, UC Santa Cruz, CSU fullerton, Cal Poly Pomona, CSU Northridge, I've already been accepted to CSU Fullerton and I am worried about getting rescinded.

I got A's and B's in all other classes this semester and the class was not required for any A-G requirements

But its still a D I was just wondering if anyone got in to a college with a similar situation. Any advice anyone wants to give would be appreciated too

You would probably be best off notifying the colleges of the grade and explaining why. This will help you somewhat.

As long as you meet the requirements and are in the top 9% of students, one of the UCs will still accept you. However, they could admit you on a “conditional basis” in which you are not allowed to fail any more courses.

The CSUs are generally much more lenient, but you still have to check.
