i recently finished my first semester of my senior year in high school, and i got a D in my precalculus class. Ive been accepted to CSUF and they required to pass every class with a C or better. Will they reject me? Its my only D on my transcript

I’m in the same position as you are! I received an F in Pre-Calc for first semester of senior year. They probably won’t cuz it is easy to get accepted in some of the CSU’s but the policy for both UC and CSU is no grades lower than a “C” in all 3 years. Well, CSU’s are more nicer than UC’s. For colleges like UCLA or UCB, they will definitely revoke your admission. UC’s are way more competitive to get in. I don’t know about CSU’s, but for UC’s if you get a D or F from 10th-12th you are required to write a letter of explanation for the failing grade. That’s why I gotta write to UCR about my F last semester. Yikes! I hope they don’t revoke my admission! I doubt they will though cuz it’s really easy to get in UCR. Good luck!

I’m in the exact same position as well. So can anyone advise me? I’m on the verge of getting an “F” for the first sem. of Pre-cal. I’m scared that SDSU and SFSU will revoke my application. Can you tell me what happened with you?

What are my chances of getting into csuf, have a 3.31 gpa, already got admitted into csudh, gonna have 2 ap classes on my transcript, and other activities?

I am about to get a D first semester in Ap stats… Please help!

Don’t know about AP Stats since a D is like a C. But a F is definitely significant for any college, try to contact their admission office as soon as possible I would say.

Dude this JUST happened to me. It’s still happening. I thought I was the only one! What do I do? Did you guys still go to these CSU’s???

the same situation happened to me too so i call my school which is Cal Poly Pomona. They said as long as the class that you received a D in ins’t in the A-G requirement course for CSU. you should be fine.

Hi, I might be going to cal poly pomona… So i might get a F or D in my AP Calculus AB class, will they revoke my admission? Im going in as a computer science undergrad
Hi, just wondering i am in the same position. I might get a F or D for my second semester of my AP Calculus AB class, did the college revoke ur admission?
