Anyone familiar with dance at Stanford? Specifically the Cardinal Ballet Company and/or submitting an arts supplement for dance?
I should specify that my son is not looking to major in dance. He knows Stanford does not have a dance major. But dance has been a big part of his extracurricular life for the past 7 years and he would like to continue dancing in college. Stanford is his first choice for other reasons, but curious if there is enough dance opportunity on campus to keep him happy. Dance is how he expresses himself, works out stress and gets out all that extra “teenage boy energy”.
They have a lot of dance groups from what I saw when I went to Admit Weekend, and there is even a minor for him if he chooses. There were so many dance groups that I refrained from signing up until I could get a closer look! Haha
