Hi
We live in the UK (Military) with d due to go to college next year. Feeling 'out of the loop' as lived away for so many years. Looking for a good BA / BFA performance college with teaching / business as she wants to start dance schools when her performing career decreases.

Been is the UK system, so SATs and US college admission procedure all new to us. Any advice welcome!

Two parents who are active here at CC and who are living in the UK are JackUK and sarsfield. If you look for their posts or send them a PM they will have lots of good ideas for you. You also could have your kids read through the information at [EducationUSA | Study Abroad, Student Visa, University Fairs, College Applications and Study in the U.S. / America](http://educationusa.state.gov/) The counselors at the advising center in London will be able to help you out as well. If they haven’t worked with any US citizens lately, they have colleagues in other offices who can lend a hand.
You may also want to look at the site Ballet Talk for Dancers . It is a wealth of information regarding dance and has dedicated threads for colleges and universities with dance . If you Google it , the link will come up.
