Let me first say, I feel extremely bad for my decision of bubbling in my answers after time was called.
After the proctor said, “time,” I still had 3 questions that were very lightly shaded (If I had time I was going to go back and recheck them).
Later, during the math section, I realized that I had never darkened my answers, so I proceeded to quickly fill in the bubbles. The proctor called me out saying that those 3 bubbles weren’t filled in before, then dismissed me from the testing room. Perhaps I should have argued with her, but I chose to not create a disturbance and promptly left.
My test was not finished (cut off during math section), does this mean my test will be void?
Is the consequence for filling in lightly shaded answers the same as cheating (i.e. using cell phones, discussing answers, and looking at other people’s papers)?
What are the consequences of my actions?
Will this ruin my chances for college?
Will others know that I “cheated?”
Will this go on my permanent record?
Thank you for your help.
