I applied to 9. I would love to go to 7 of those, excluding Drexel & CWRU(this depends on how much merit scholarship I get - same for UIUC)</p>

<p>The days are winding down … And march seems to be moving so fast!! Most of you are about 10 hours ahead so will you guys get your decisions western time or your time? (If you know what I mean?) How does contacting the west work out with you?</p>
<p>How many of you would actually go to D if you got in? It would be nice if most of us went there, but I don’t really see anyone saying it is his/her first choice.</p>
<p>@PO that’s one of my worries about D. The frat life. I’m not into partying so I hope it’s not too overbearing for those of my nature.</p>

<p>When I think about decisions the only thought I have is ‘Where will I go?’ Since i don’t really have a first choice.</p>

<p>@caribgurl: a few mistakes but that’s just cute, we totally understand your sentence! And Dartmouth might actually be my 1st choice ( I love all the colleges I applied to but I feel something special about D, maybe because my interviewer was the most amazing guy I’ve ever met!)
I like your attitude: “Where will I go”; you assume you’ll get acceptances from several colleges then! 
For me, I just don’t know: sometimes I’m positive about that and other times I’m more like “Ok, you’re gonna end up milking cows in Kazakhstan for the rest of your life, cuz they will all reject you.”</p>
<p>@caribgurl - Hmm… Right now, I doubt I’ll get even 1 acceptance. So there isn’t the question of a top choice!! Haha!!
But if I did get accepted to 2 or more places, my default choices would be Northwestern or Dartmouth or Cornell - in no particular order.</p>
<p>I guess all decisions are released either CST or EST, unless the college is in the west. For me that is a ~10hr(EST),11hr(CST), 13hr(Pacific Time).
So if decisions are out at 4pm/5pm - It is usually the next “early” morning for me.</p>
<p>@PO - Ok. So I’m banking on the fact that a lot of people get scared by the hazing incidents and so Dartmouth have to accept me!!

But yes - that is scary. And though I haven’t though about greek life yet, I’m no way in hell going to go through that!! But I’ve heard that at Dartmouth, being part of a frat/sorority - is not the ONLY way of being involved in partying. Hopefully, ““IF”” I get admitted - I’ll have all of you & find more like minded people to hang out with!! :D</p>
