<p>I'm sure they could work something out. But if they absolutely said no for some strange reason, I'm sure some of the Williams students posting here would be willing to give you a place to crash and show you around, if you asked nicely.</p>
<p>I RSVP'd by the date listed on the letter (which was surprisingly personal) and Williams simply sent me a train ticket from PENN station to Albany-Renssalear and back. The only thing I'm confused about is the date of the preview. I assumed it was the 14th-17th, but nonetheless I will be there between those dates because my returning train doesn't leave until the 17th!</p>
