<p>D was accepted with a generous Merit package.</p>
<p>We initially toured during the summer and obviously did not see many students on campus
so we have planned to revisit in a few weeks.</p>
<p>One concern my D has with Muhlenberg is the the low male vs female ratio.</p>
<p>While I would like her to make solid friendships, she also wants to be able to hopefully date
and it does not appear the odds are in her favor.</p>
<p>How do students feel concerning this issue?</p>

When you visit in a couple of weeks have your daughter speak with any of the young women working in admissions or in whatever parts of campus you are visiting. I am certain you will find that dating exists on campus in a normal way. It’s not like there is a severe shortage of guys that causes any hardships. Congrats on the nice Merit package and best of luck with the decision.</p>
<p>^Agreed. There seem to be plenty of relationships from not serious to quite serious.</p>
