So when my son had to make his college decision it basically came down to 2 colleges after all the acceptances. He did have a hard time deciding. Instate vs out state and what the money concerns were. We told him to choose either and money wasn’t an issue. One being by wife’s University and where we saw him at. After many days of going back and forth I asked if making a pro/con list would help. He said sure… I was bored and we already made extensive excel spreadsheets for the colleges that both our kids were considering. Plus it gave me something to do. I actually really enjoy learning about the colleges hence why on CC.
I handed him the best pros and cons I could find about the schools and his major.
We think this helped. Plus my wife walking around the house with her multiple Michigan shirts /sweatshirts/hats didn’t hurt either ?.
But maybe something like this might be helpful. Seeing it in black and white I think was benifical.
