Which of these colleges would be the best for a double major in Math and Economics? Thanks in advance.

It kind of doesn’t matter - they’re all excellent colleges. Unless you are super advanced in math (i.e., unless you have already completed multivariable calculus) all of these colleges have enough coursework in math for you to take to develop well.
