I was recently accepted off of Davidson’s waitlist for the class of 2024 and was given until Tuesday (May 5) to decide if I would accept. Before this offer, Furman University was the school that I was going to be attending. Both schools are fantastic, but I am having trouble deciding. With Davidson, I am concerned about workload and if there is time for a social life/to get involved in club sports and organizations. With Furman, I am concerned about name recognition when applying to nursing school post grad and the quality of the professors. Would love any and all feedback and advice!!

My D is a very happy sophomore at Davidson. She works hard but she still has always been involved in a lot of things on campus and spends time with her friends. She’s pretty good at time management. She loves the people and profs at Davidson – it’s a lovely community.
Congrats to you and let me know if you have any specific questions!
