I was placed into a triple in De Neve. Apparently, according to http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-california-los-angeles/341377-read-before-starting-new-housing-thread.html ,

PLAZAS - De Neve, Sunset Village
-quiet and less social due to smaller, segregated floors and buildings. sunset a bit more secluded than de neve, since a lot of traffic goes through the de neve court due to the dining hall and cut through to gayley (apartments).
-shared or private bathrooms
-room size depends, but generally slightly larger than res halls
-location: de neve is closest to campus, sunset is a farther walk than rieber (depending on where you’re coming from) but no hill to deal with.
-price: same as high rise plazas

Seems great that it’s close to campus and everything, but paying the same price as the newer, more modern plazas isn’t.

I’ll trade my Rieber Vista, 3 occupant, shared bath with anyone who has any type of de neve.

I prefer one or two person occupant. Let me know, and we could possibly even trade without ucla knowing. I don’t know if this is illegal but if it isn’t, I’m down to do it.

anyone know how sunset plaza living is?

eh, please dont start a new topic under this thread… its for de neve only, thanks :).
