<p>I think the post office is open then, right? It's not on the first because nothing's open then, obvioiusly. I sent all my stuff on the 31st, just to be sure. </p>
<p>I don't think it'd be wise to send stuff on the third. That's deffinitely after the deadline. </p>
<p>If you're having trouble sending in your application, i think you can always send it from the airport, even on holidays.</p>
