<p>while applying for cornell, i selectd the option of fee waivers. but later realisd that i cant change it..but since i am in India the waiver letter that i sent may take some tym to reach the college....is the jan 3 deadline postmark deadline ? i mean my letter's postmark date is 12/26</p>
