<p>Does that mean</p>
<p>A) you have until Jan 1st 23:59 to submit the application
B) you have until Dec 31st 23:59 to submit the application</p>

<p>I submitted a couple of minutes ago, and I did engineering and PLME. That's a total of 8 essays and short answers, which was absolute murder!</p>
