So if you are like English students, most of you are probably in the midst of exam season and for many that can bring on real pressure, stress and anxiety. So, as a trainee teacher, I made a video with some top tips on how to avoid getting stressed over exams.

How to deal with exam stress - YouTube

So my question to you lot is, how do you avoid getting stressed during exam period?

My finals were a month ago, actually.

I do all the math ahead of time so I know exactly what I need on the finals to get what grades, and thus when finals week actually comes I’m just in the zone trying to achieve those cutoffs and don’t usually think about it much. I actually find that midterms are usually more stressful, because it is less clear where you stand at that point and a bad grade can but you in a bad spot for the rest of the semester.

lol, anything that gets you through.

At the end of the day, exam tips are never ground-breaking, but gets you thinking about good practice and what works for you.

So anyone with any other good advice on what they do to relieve stress over finals/exams?
