Dean College vs Foothill College

I would like going to Dean College or Foothill College for studying,

It would be grateful if anyone can give me some idea which one is the best ?

I do not mind the location but my target is going to UCLA or UC Berkeley for studying.

Thank you so much

If you want to eventually go to a UC, go to Foothill. The UCs are set up to take graduates from California community colleges.

I’d never even heard of Dean College until this post.

DeAnza Community College

De Anza and Foothill are in the same community college district, and have similar (but not identical) course offerings. Both are on the quarter system, which matches that of most UCs except Berkeley and Merced, but only a few of the CSUs. Both are in expensive areas, so if you do not already live near them, the cost of living near them may be higher than you think.

If your intended major at UCB is L&S CS or EECS, you may find that Laney and/or Diablo Valley have better coverage of the lower level CS courses.

Use http://www.assist.org to check each community college to see how well it covers the lower level courses for your intended major at each UC and CSU.
