<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I'm a freshman and for some reason I keep hearing about all these people knowing that they're on the dean's list. I know that I definitely have higher than a 3.5, which I discovered was what you need to be on it, but I never received any kind of notification regarding being placed on the dean's list or whatever. Was there something that might have been sent out or is it just common knowledge that 3.5+ = dean's list? I got two As and three A-s this first semester, so I'd like to know.</p>

<p>They publish the Deans List in the DT every semester after it comes out. Also, they mail a little card to your house.</p>

<p>Is their a higher list for students with 3.9s?</p>

<p>Do they take -'s into consideration? Like A-=3.7 or something?</p>

<p>yeah, A is 4.0, A- is 3.7, B+ is 3.3, B is 3.0, and so on.</p>
