When I applied, I was given the 20k Dean’s Scholarship. I’m enterting my senior year now, when I suddenly notice that my scholarship no longer exists. Can anyone who received a Dean’s Scholarship this year let me know if they’re supposed to only last 3 years? It’s either that or I broke a rule regarding my scholarship and I lost it, but I don’t see how that would have happened.

Thanks and congratulations to everyone! AU is a great school.

I don’t know of any scholarships that only last for 3 years. Are you sure that you satisfied the minimum GPA requirement last year? And are you sure that you’re registered for enough credits for this upcoming semester? If yes, then you should contact AU Central tomorrow and find out why the scholarship isn’t reflected on your bill.

If they are not offering a Dean’s scholarship I believe that applies to entering freshmen. Does the scholarship show up on your tuition bill? You should be receiving the same amount all four years.

Yep, I’m positive my GPA is high enough and that I have enough credits this upcoming semester. I’m guessing (hoping!) this is just some sort of error now that I know that no scholarship is only 3 years. I’ll email AU Central. Thanks!
