Was there a question with a piecewise function and you had to find the value of c or something so it’s continuous

i think there was yeah

You had to set them equal to each other right?

yes i believe so but do you remember more about what exactly that question was asking?

Not really. All i remember is that there were 2 equations and they asked for what value of c would make the function continuous?

@lukelev07:
I was just re-reading the thread. I think the question with 3/5 as an answer might have been the one where you had to find cosine of an angle.

@Imperviouss
You asked whether there was a question that asked just to find the range…
Maybe you were thinking of the trig function problem where they asked to find the difference between the max and the min (aka range)?

A long-shot, but does anyone still have the equation of the parabola where you had to find the area of the rectangle? All I remember is that it didn’t have an x term, just an x^2 and a constant.

It doesn’t matter. Forget the test, move on with your life. You can’t change your score now and you’re wasting your energy worrying about it. You’ll get your score in a couple of weeks but in the meantime you should live your life.

no not that question. A different one where it the question straight out asked “What is the range?” and gave some numbers… it seems too easy. No one seems to remember it though. Oh wells. I just subtracted the smallest number from the largest numbers.

@Imperviouss dont worry, if you did that you got the correct answer.
@fishy7988 I am particularly worried because this is the only time I’ll be able to take it since I’m finishing high school next week… I really regret not having taken these tests at least twice since I need 800s…

12 days till scores come out,

10 days now

Nervous. Sigh.

8 days :(

Four days :(

Three days!

two days left ahhhhhhh

It ticks me off that they don’t give a breakdown of your scores for subject tests. Last time I took the tests they said check back for detailed info. They just gave %rank and score range, things I already knew. Lame.

I agree. It would be very helpful to know how many you missed
