<p>I'm going to be taking the ACT on standby this weekend and I was wondering if these scores will make it to the college on time by January 15th deadline. I'm applying for NYU and I asked the admissions person and they just transferred me to voice mail. </p>

<p>And also, I didn't say anywhere on my application (already turned it in because I didn't know I was going to have the opportunity to take ACT) that I was going to take the ACT on December 8th. Do you think they'll just evaluate SAT and completely skip over the ACT if they arrive a little late? </p>

<p>Don't worry, I'm in the exact same position. I'm on standby and applying to NYU. NYU says they will accept December test dates so we'll be fine.</p>

<p>Cornell's deadline is january first and I have to get my writing test to them by that time. I found out the other day though that they still do take the December ACTs</p>
