Oh, thats really strange, thanks for letting us know!

This is my third time taking the test
Composite:32
English:34
Math:27
Reading:33
Science:35 (I can’t believe this one because it was the hardest part IMO)
I’m a senior, and I’ve already been accepted to college so I’m wondering if it’s worth retaking it for a higher score.

My 7th grader got his in the mail today.

Composite 22
English 19
Math 22
Reading 26
Science 22

The science curve must have been very generous because he couldn’t get through the section and didn’t answer the last 10 questions.

If you took the ACT with writing, the composite scores cannot be sent without the written portion scored.

To everyone who got a 34+ what was your study technique?

What… How are some of you getting your writing score already, while my composite score isn’t even posted?? This is so annoying. -__-

@smodi2 nothing other than some practice tests

@cassidys i haven’t gotten mine either. next update is Friday @ 7AM Central time

@kdiddy34
rsihkrshbvkuhjagdbtgkvah ugh.

Friday, please come faster. I’ll probably break down crying if mine isn’t posted with the next batch.

I was amazed that one of her colleges received her scores today. Looks like we will make an important scholarship deadline Friday if the other school gets quick electronic scores.

WOULD EVERYONE THAT SCORED IN THE 30’s RANGE FOR THE READING SECTION PLEASE TELL ME WHAT STRATEGY YOU USE!!! I REALLY STRUGGLE ON IT! I NEED HELP! THE FEBRUARY TEST IS MY LAST ATTEMPT TO REACH MY TARGET SCORE!!

If i master the real act red book then will I have a good shot at getting a 32

Im still registered…? Any clue as to when u guys think i will have my score… Its kind of urgent…!

?? Thanks

@jjonesjonny65 I got a 34 on that section. I did a LOT of practice sections from various books and it isn’t so much about how you read as it is about how they want you to think about the question. After doing over 1,000 questions you know exactly how they want you to answer the question (same for english). A lot of teachers say that reading different books and stuff will help, but I don’t know how true that is. Just get as many practice books as you can and keep doing them until you get the hang of it and start getting the score you want.

@kingjha200 they post scores on Mondays and wednesdays I think, but they said that they might not have all the scores posted until Feb so you just have to be patient and maybe check ever Monday and Wednesday! Good luck!

and I think on fridays too

@cassidys ughhh i know. i was a wreck all of monday cuz i thought they were posting them periodically (they weren’t). i just want my score

@kingjha200 Friday at 7:00 AM Central time is what they told me when I called. If it isn’t up then, check every wednesday and friday

@smodi2 you should be fine

Ugh, I’m so annoyed. I hoped that the headache I had gotten during Reading and Science wouldn’t affect my score, but it did! Had that not happened, I’m sure I would have gotten the score I wanted!

December 2013 Results:
Composite- 32
English-35
Math-31
Reading-30
Science-30
Essay- 10

October 2013 Results:
Composite- 33.25
English- 35
Math- 30
Reading- 36
Science- 32
Essay- 9

My question is, when I apply to college, should I send in both of these scores even though the October result was better than the December?
I mean, my math went up, which would raise my superscore to 34. My essay also went up, but I don’t want them to look down on my reading drop (a 36 to a 30!!) and my science drop (a 32 to a 30!). Ergh, anywhere I can say that I got a bad headache in the middle?!
