<p>On some school websites (USC, Miami), it says that the application materials must be submitted by December 1st. Does this mean tomorrow night by 11:59, or tonight at 11:59?</p>
<p>Tomorrow night, the night of Dec. 1 at 11:59pm.</p>
<p>Tonight at 11:59pm will still be Nov. 30.</p>
<p>Also, for any hard copy documents that you need to submit to USC, they are still on time if they are postmarked and mailed on Dec 1st. I’m not sure about Miami though. My daughter applied to both of these schools also, but I can’t find the answer for Miami.</p>
