MöbiusUno, are you sure? I spent like 4 min on that question haha. Actually, I can’t remember if I put I only, or I and II.

Yeah I can’t remember anymore lol… I remember doing those steps and figuring it out, maybe I did put (I) on it.

It was (I) only

I’m fairly certain of it, but then again, who knows anymore?
Let’s be glad that we’re done with the SAT…for now.

@mobiusuno I’m done forever. Subject tests in January and no more SATs. But yes I’m glad done

Yep done with SAT and ACT… Lets just hope this last one has the scores I need.

@elite: yes, it was to clarify.

@achiever
It forms a kite.

guys what did you get for this math problem? it was like … 9 diamond 4 =2 … what is 3(m) diamond 5 if m =7?

I think i said 4

That was 4. It was basically the quotient in the quotient and modulus.

ty guys . i got 4 too… i didnt understand at first but i just did some random shiet like 9/4=2.25 but it said 2 so im like… okay… so that means…21/5 = 4.2 so…it must be 4?

ANSWER TO MATH QUESTION, the one about the smallest number… answers were like 13, 14 and three others that weren’t right ??? answer???

13 right ?

Yes it was 13. What’d you guys think of the overall difficulty of the test?
My thoughts
Math: slightly more difficult than average. Expecting medium/generous curve
Writing: easy. Normal curve
CR: medium/difficult.

it was 14 guys… dude x was greater than y by 5 and z by 4 so if u used 13… thats 13,8,9 equals to 30 BUT it asked for MORE than 30… so 14 was the only choice …14+9+10=33

Second that, 14.
You can use a system of equations to solve it.

Did anyone get a writing question where a guy tried to set a table but someone criticized him for it?

Also, did someone get a writing problem that was like “the reputation of trees’ ability to filter pollutants out of the air…”?

Jk I put 14. I also remember it clearly stating that the total had to be more than 30

Hey guys I have a few questions
- Does anyone remember the sentence in the writing section about sleep? Something like “blah blah blah, sleep is a state that people spend one-third of their lives.” Where was the error for that?
- There was another sentence in the same section about a train. Something like “As the train pulls into the station, the people stand, hoping to be first onto the platform.” Where’s the error?
- The math question about the intersections between this odd looking function and y=x. Both the x and y axes were scaled at 1/2. I drew a line and got one intersection, but a lot of people have been saying two. Can anyone clarify?

For the coins question, the trick phrase that many people here fell for was something like “each must have at least 1 coin given to them.”
the 5 identical coins are distributed between two people - this means none can be left out because if there were 1 coin left over, the 5 identical coins would not be distributed “between two people.”
therefore, the answer must be 4.
