December 2007 MATH level 2

I couldn't cancel, even with I wanted to...
Oh, well, I guess I'll have to be content with 700+ Math I and U.S. History, and ~600 Math II ;3

And, guys, what's this I hear about an embargo and none of you following it?

i'm pretty sure 1/7 is right for the slope. chickenboi8008, i think you're right for that one. i did the same thing as you. it was either 1 or 2 seconds, but i think i put 1.

@kwu it was already lifted

are you sure the slope is 1/7? don't get me wrong, i put that as well, but people earlier were saying that it's -1/7

^ does nebody know the actual problem to that
i remember seeing that but i cant remember if i put positive or negative

It's positive.
I remember I got 1, -1, and 1/-7.

it's definitely positive because two lines were perpendicular, since there was a right angle, and the slope of the last one was negative.

yeah two of the lines were perpendicular, so those two multiplied out to -1 and the slope of the third line was -1/7..so multiply those two quantities and you get 1/7. I have no idea how the people earlier agreed it was -1/7...

The two points that made the base of the triangle were (0,0) and (7, -1). Regardless of what the other two slopes exactly were, one was clearly positive and one was clearly negative. The product of -1/7, any positive number, and any negative number will be a POSITIVE number. The answer -1/7 is impossible.

I'm POSITIVE the question about prime numbers asked for the cases in which those expressions COULD equal a non-prime number. It was I only. Like, RS = 3x2, or 2x5.

^^ i thought it was could equal a prime number

it was COULD. definitely. no questions about it.

jeez...the other guys got me worried. lmfao.....

nah they're just locos...just like them saying that -1/7 is an answer. grrrr.

the slope is -1/7. The prime number question asked what would give PRIME numbers. Which was I and II? I believe. What was 50, the trapezoid question again? the question keeps coming back to my head, i cant remember if it did it right. And for the average question, was the answer n?

Oh and that find the median question. The median was 21.5 wasnt it? The only choice was 22....

wasn't it 36.5 for the median?? here we go again with the -1/7 slope thing. i still don't understand how it could be negative...

^ avg was n
i thought the median was 37....

The median was 36.5...

The trapezoid question involved a log function with log base 10 of x. On the x axis were points 10 and 100. A line connected f(10) to f(100)

what WAS the median question? lol i forget

it was a stem leaf plot thing.
