December 2009 ACT Results

That.
Sounds.
BRILLIANT!

Hehe.
I’ll pretty much be praying all day for a good score.
:P

Of all the days to be snowed in!! Boredom+anticipation is not good, haha. I really, really, want a 33 or above, but I wouldn’t be too mad with anything above a 30. -crosses fingers-

tested
schools already got the scores
Princeton requires all ACT scores so they were sent mine - had to get it in by 12/31
they got mine on Wednesday
31R 31E 36S 36M
no more ACT for me!!!
wishing all very good luck

@NE
do u remember if u missed any questions in the science section?

I’m wondering it -1 was a 36 this time.

Haha.
That’s actually what I’m hoping for. 33 to make me super happy and cry bricks of joy…
but 30+ will be nice also.

Just curious, does your name have anything to do with the band “Mae”, JustMae?

ok. i’m SO WORRIED right now because mine still says registered! ): i really hope it doesnt get delayed. omgg ):

heyy guys, does your status still say registerd or tested? mine still says registered ): omg, so worried.

I’ll be there with ya! :)

I pray for a 31. If that is the case, I will pull an all nighter in joy. If I don’t get a 31, I will grumpily fall asleep. sigh

What time do they come out tomorrow?

collegehelp01 -

There’s a chance that yours will be delayed, but don’t give up hope just yet!

As for me, I’m SO anxious. 8 hours of torture linger before me.

Mine still is registered too! >.< Longest wait ever!!

crosses fingers for 33

awww, thanks xcodyc. but i’m dying for a 30! ): and now its gonna be DELAYED. omg. this really sucks. anyone else? lol. still registered?? :D

guessed on about 3 science questions.
but can’t say if -1 still gave a 36.
sometimes it does, sometimes it does not.
depends on the test curve, which really never varies by more than 1 point either way
good luck

Do the scores come out at midnight for sure?

i think it depends on your time-zone.

AHHH, I am uber-nervous now. I am waiting till 1 for this test.

I am. :D

Below 28—Cry.
28-29—I guess I can use my SATs…
30-31—That would be very good.
32—Puts be back in the game for Dartmouth.
33—That is amazing, and I might scream.
34±–Cry.

@rmadden 15

lol That is funny!! I am sorry to say it, but I hope you cry? lol Of course 34+.

-26: Cry
26-29: I can get in…
29-32: OMG I CAN GET A SCHOLARSHIP!
33+: passes out and should probably have an ambulance ready.

I am praying for 33, though.

rmadden, 32 or above is great - good luck to you.
but even a 36 is no lock at dartmouth or other ivy, stanford, mit etc.
better to be a 30 with strong legacy or some other hook than a 36. no doubt about that.
just had a student in the senior class get into stanford with a 30, his parents went there.
he was about # 50 out of several hundred.
but the current # 1 kid in the class with a 36, no hook or legacy, gets rejected to SU. go figure.
good luck

lol rmadden
