^yeah
tsen

Sorry to interrupt but the in last conflicting scientists passage question- the answer was 100L right?

^shyeah whodareswins

Damn. If I skipped over that question, that means my bubbles are all off and I got like -20 questions…

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

-2=33?
-1=35

OR

-1=34
-2=33

I’m going to say -1= 36 just because there was someone in the October 09 ACT threads that got one wrong in Science and still got a 36. Who knows?

cant you order the answer sheet for this one?

and about the ph question. where did 1.58 come from because on the chart no substance had 1.58. only 1.68.

they used the exact same sections from what test?

Ok, lol. Assuming I’m not an idiot and skipped that question entirely, I got a 36 either way if what ACT assumes is true.

But, wait

I put INCREASES as one of my answers, by any chances, would that be this question?

cant you order the answer sheet for this one?

and about the ph question. where did 1.58 come from “1.58-2.33” because on the chart no substance had 1.58. only 1.68.

no…the fluorine one was less than 1.44…because one of the chlorine ones listed in the chart had 1.44

^oh. thanks!

Guys stop discussing the organic questions- we already have a consensus on those. Check the consolidated list if you want, thanks.

wheres the list? why dont you post it here

^Why don’t you go find it and post it here? kthxbye

^My thoughts every time someone asks for a list. Wongtongshibomb already did like thirty

Would either ACT or Requiem like to respond to that question?

^I’m not sure. I’m trying to remember if there was more to the answer than just INCREASES.

That isn’t the answer (entirely) to the question pertaining to the colors. The question basically said this, "Waves of a frequency of 670 hz is violet light, waves of a frequency of 420 hz is orange light. Pick the answer that fulfills this statement, the blue solution: (And the answer was that the blue solution absorbed more purple light, while the yellow solution absorbed more orange light. At least, I think it was that, it may have been the opposite.)

^Wait is THAT the question you guys were talking about???!

In that case I answered that correctly, not sure why I thought I didn’t see it.

And no, the answer was Blue absorbed more Orange light and yellow absorbed more purple light.

Think about the color spectra, the color that is visible to the human eye is a result of the object absorbing every color EXCEPT for the color we see. So, in this case, blue would absorb a lot more orange than purple, actually it would reflect a lot of the purple, if anything. And vice versa for yellow.

^No, it’s not. It was on the same page as that one though
