Did anyone here take it? I did a few hours ago, so discuss here if you did!

The derivatives and the last reading passage (Cicero) were the worst part of it for me. I couldn’t really understand what the last passage was trying to say, and the various words they were asking for the antecedents of were difficult. Everything else was okay.

I agree. The last passage was tough, and what was worse was that I didn’t have much time left once I got to that part, so I know I got a few wrong. I did find the passage online though so if you want to reread it to check your answers here it is:
<a href=“The Rhetoric of the Roman Fake: Latin Pseudepigrapha in Context - Irene Peirano - Google Books”>The Rhetoric of the Roman Fake: Latin Pseudepigrapha in Context - Irene Peirano - Google Books;

I also thought the derivatives were a bit trickier than the ones in practice tests but not too difficult. I’m just worried about that last section and also some earlier questions that I didn’t get to recheck at the end.

I think I did fine on the short passage about elephants. But the other two reading comps were so hard. I had to start making intelligent guesses when time started to run out. I still left quite a few blank. I’m not expecting a good score.

How’d it go for y’all?

I got a 780. I would have preferred an 800 obviously, and it kills me that it was probably only a difference of 2 questions, but I’m still satisfied with my score. How about you?

At least I’m done with test taking! And back to apps…

Hey guys, you all seem to have gotten great scores. Congrats! I want to take the Latin subject test in June, but I have no idea how to prep for it. How did you guys prepare, and what books did you use? Thanks in advance :)
