December ACT 2008 English

i put "than" also... pretty positive that's the answer..

Do you guys remember the last few questions.

It asked something about ''___ stories''

A No change
B Old aging
C Old age
D Aging old

The choices were similar to the ones above. I chose ''Old age stories''

The question after it asked for a transition phrase. I chose '' Even so'', machines can do work quicker than humans''

Pretty sure I put old age. What were the other choices for the "even so" answer

I'm not sure, but they were pretty wordy.

One of the choices for the old age question also had a hyphen in it I think

Yeah, it did. I honestly don't remember what I put for that one.

it is actually age old not old age because it is an idiom question. Im sure you guys have heard of things such as "age-old tales" or age-old stories.

Was that one of the choices though? I remember thinking that it should be "age-old" but it wasn't a choice.

yeah, idk if age-old was a choice either, i put old age as my answer i believe

i don't think ''age old'' was a choice either, but i could be wrong.

ah you guys are right, is he hyphen required or is it optional? because the one on thetest didn't have one for sure. it was just age old, but old age stories sounds so weird lol

age old WAS a choice... that's what I put

I put age-old as the answer. I was hurrying to finish the test so I don't know if it's right, but I know that it was one of the answer choices.

yeah age-old was definitely an answer choice cuz that's what I put

yep I also put age-old :))

hmmmm i know i didnt put the hyphen one....oops...-1...for me...lol....how many off for a 33 in english?

I guess if it was an option, that's what I put.

no change wouldve been age old, but i couldve sworn there wasn't a hyphen there though it was just age old.

age-old was correct, although I can't remember what option it was other than A.

was age old the one with the hyphen? because i remember putting the answer that had the hyphen but I'm not sure if it was age-old...anyone back this up?
