I put B. 110, 120

It was 100, 110, 120

100 110 120

Anybody remember the letter choice for the last question (the speed of light one)?

Wasn't C the the speed of light aka the time it took for the thing to capture the distance? So it was time/distance or c/d, then you had to multiply by 2 to get the time going back.

@sean256 – that was by far the issue here. Unless you're taking the AP classes in all of those areas (my high school offers 1 AP class, and only Seniors are allowed to take it, no exceptions) trying to sort out all of that information in less than a minute is insane. On past ACT exams I could do what petlee said, but there was just too much this time around =/

I thought I was going to finally break the 30 point mark.......and then I saw the science section. Definitely ruined my chances. That section has got to be the hardest section I have ever taken on a standardized test! When I receive my score, I think I'm gonna cry.

So what do u all think the curve is?
How many wrong would you say you can get for a ~30?

^ same here. That test was impossible!

any predictions for the curve?

Science test was ridiculous... i mean ***

Seriously, if anyone correctly answered all 40 questions on that test, he/she is amazing. That being said, I think -2 will still be a 36 on this one. -2 was a 36 in June science and I actually think this one was harder. I posted a prediction like this in another thread:

36 -1/-2
35 -3
34 -4
33 -5/-6
32 -7
31 -8
30 -9
29 -10
28 -11
27 -12

No. C is m/s or distance over time. We were looking for time, so we would divide C by distance and multiply by two.

What about the crossover one RR and TT. How are you supposed to know that if you have'nt taken biology yet?

haha ok.. lemme settle this light problem down...
d= distance (m)
C=light of speed (m/s)
In order to get time, it has to be T=2D/c because if u look at the units, its m/(m/s)= s
its 2D because its a round trip. fo sho!
I believe the Uranium was alpha decay because both X and Z of Uranium changes and beta decay changes only Z I think

Guys I hate to say it but I might be in ur test, killin ur curve. I found science pretty easy today, hopefully I'll exceed my 30 comp from october...

I LOVED that one on uranium decay, and the baseball one was pretty fun too. I'm seriously not being sarcastic; I'm a freakin' nerd :D

I think it was Rr Tt

i think i got owned even if the curve is as good as guitarman's

:)

Oh. LOL. You are completely correct Metlife. Sorry, I am wiped. I did put 2d/c because that was the smallest answer, and the time would be very small.. Don't know what I was thinking in that reply-- lol.

What were the letters for the 2dc one. I remember one was A and one was D, but I dont remember which was which
