December SAT Bio Study Thread

Hey guys, for anyone taking the SAT bio on December, feel free to discuss topics in this thread.

So for starters, what books are you guys using? I'm just using Barrons.

Ap cliffs.

Oh god, I haven’t even finished looking through PR bio yet :(

Looked through PR and am halfway through Barrons atm. Thinking of looking over Sparknotes later.
But I always used to skip Bio class at school so I basically didn’t even know that there are Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic cells…No idea how I’ll do.

yeah im in the cramming mode.

i finished all the cells stuff and now entering genetics. I hope to finish this by this weekend. Then i plan to spend the week on organisms and evolution.

Im taking M exam, how bout you guys?

I’ll also be taking the Bio M test. I’m using Spark notes.

I’m just so scared of this evolution thing. I can’t remember all the characteristics for every freakin phylum of every freakin kingdom. Are you guys thoroughly studying this. I’m really scared of this thing.

What are you mostly focusing on?

I’m taking M. I really don’t like ecology! Besides, M has a better curve http://professionals.collegeboard.com/profdownload/SAT-Subject-Test-Percentile-Ranks-2009.pdf</a>

Right now, I’m done cellular respiration, DNA, kingdoms/classes/etc… I need to study plants, hormones (do not understand all these systems) and other random stuff.

-sighhhhh-

I think I’ll do really bad on it :frowning:
Does anyone know if I can not do the test, tell CB before hand, and get a refund? LOL
