Deciding between colleges

So I am approaching that time where I have to decide where I want to go next year.
I was hoping that I would get into Carnegie Mellon, but that didn't happen. So now I have to choose between my other choices.

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI)
Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT)
Stevens Institute of Technology
Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU)

Im not sure which one I should pick. I like that Stevens is in an urban area. I just wasn't too impressed when I visited. RPI was beautiful, but it is not in or near an urban area. The weather is also not that nice. And my sister goes there, so that would be a little awkward. I haven't seen RIT yet, but I hear it has a nice campus. Bu I also year that Rochester gets A LOT of snow. ERAU is in Florida (VERY humid), and is very specified. If I ever want to change my major, that won't be possible (unless of course I transferred out of the college). Academically, I believe that RPI, RIT, and Stevens are at the same level. I'm not entirely sure though.

Any opinions/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Oh, and I applied to the University of Southern California, but I haven’t heard from them yet. If I get in, it will move to the top of my list, and I will decide what to do from there. If I don’t get in, my list won’t change.

The College Search & Selection Forum (where your question was moved to) is the correct forum for asking questions about college comparisons. Tell your friends.

Good luck in the decision.

can anyone give me an opinion? It would be greatly appreciated :)
