Deciding between two colleges, while planning to transfer later

So I have been accepted to Florida State University, the University of Central Florida, and (if i decide to apply her in the next week) FAU's honors college.

I know FAU is a bad school. The only reason I'd go there is I would be able to stay home and focus plainly on my schoolwork and earning 50 or so credits in two summer semesters and a fall and spring term. I have no intention of spending more than a year at any of these three universities, since my plan is to transfer into UF as soon as I can get the 60 credits.

My question is, how will going to FAU as opposed to ucf affect my chances of getting into UF, and will earning 60 credits at a worse school affect me when I transfer, and start school somewhere else, and will it affect me when looking for a job i whatever field i decide to get into when I'm older?

I was told that when applying to grad school or for a job I need to list all the credit hours ive earned at each university ive been to. Is that true?

Overall, Im looking for some opinions on what I should do next year, and if transferring into UF is realistic.

sorry for any grammar mistakes, I'm short on time right now.

Why is FAU a bad school, exactly?

In my understanding, your best chances of transferring to UF are actually from a community college since the state basically guarantees your admission to a Florida university once you finish your AA. I know someone who went to (what was formerly known as) Palm Beach Community College (now called Palm Beach State College) because she couldn’t break 1000 on her SAT… and ended up graduating from UF. It’s the backdoor people don’t talk about.

That said, if you truly want to attend one of those three universities for just a year and don’t care about what happens there, the Honors College might be up your alley for no distractions since there isn’t much to do up there in Jupiter. UCF would give you much more to do socially than FAU Honors and FSU is going to give you a similar experience to UF.

They don’t care if you went to UCF or FAU as long as you have a high GPA.

Don’t choose a four year school because you intend to transfer. Also what’s the issue with FSU? What about the school makes you think that your experience will be appreciably better at UF?
