Decision Letter - UCSD

Just received the UCSD decision letter (the big envelope) with Regents scholarship. BioEngineering.

Congratulations !

transfer student or fresh student decision ? online decision too ?

Freshman. The site appears to be down, so dont know whether it is updated there

well done buddy!

Is the envelope just for the Regent’s people, or was it sent out for all other accepted applicants as well?

host a party and invite all the CCers :)

I received one as well, Regents - Undeclared Physical Sciences. If I had to guess, I would assume only regents received it so far, but everyone should be getting theirs back soon.

Could you put your stats.
I was hopping to get regents too.

2270/35
SAT II - 740,750
3.96UW/4.5W, 8 APs

I got in to 3.85 sat-1540

I thought we were supposed to expect emails rather than envelopes in the post? I live abroad (middle east) but i’m a US citizen, so what should i be expecting?

Aren’t emails being sent today?

last year they posted decisions up on the site (in addition to sending mail and emails)

Yay i got in! but idk about regents though o.o how dou check

Congratulations! but you got in with a 1540 sat? is that all three subjects or just your verbal/math score?

If my acceptance letter didn’t say anything about merit scholarships, should I assume I didn’t get one? (A number of other schools have sent specific notification that I did NOT get scholarship money). The UCSD website says notification of scholarships can come any time between March 30 and April 30, but I sort of need to know sooner than that in order to make a decision about which college I’m attending next year…

@20jt20 Honestly merit scholarships at UCSD are only up to $5000-$8000 total. Although this is a nice sum of money it’s not substantial. I personally would not base my decision to attend on the merit scholarship money.
