I am an out of state student applying to be in the school of music.
When I checked my application status on Sunday, it gave me the ‘not accepted’: We regret to inform you that you do not
etc; however yesterday I received and e-mail saying: Last Friday, you may have noticed an admission decision on your Applicant Center. This decision was posted by mistake. Your application is still being considered pending a final audition decision. If you receive an admission-related letter in the mail from us in the next few days, please disregard it.
We apologize for our error. We want you to know that we continue to collaborate with the School of Music regarding their final audition decision for you.

They also called my home phone, and I got yet another e-mail saying yet the same thing. Have any other students (especially ones applying as a music major) had this happen?
