Decision: SUNY at Buffalo vs. St. Thomas Aquinas

Hi Everyone.
Time to make a decision on colleges. Due to finances and opportunities, I have come down to two choices out of 25

Would like any opinion on what you would do: Here are the difficulties preventing me from choosing.

St. Thomas Aquinas:
Full Tuition Scholarship w/ additional benefits in Honors Program (check link below)
Honors Program

I wanted to major in biotechnology, they don't have it, but have majors related to it (Pre-Med, Biology) Even though they don't have that major, I was thinking I could major in Biology and then get a Masters in Biotech (and, hopefully, go to Medical School after)
I know for Medical School I don't need to major in science, but I honestly like science, and if I end up not going to Medical school for whatever reason, what a science major to fall back on... just not sure what jobs are available with biology major besides being a teacher?
According to what I was reading, there is no actual Pre-Med course. Just Pre-Med core classes added to your major (correct me if I am wrong)
Anyway, back to the school, I visited and I liked the dorm settling, wasn't crazy about campus but I think I can grow to love.
Small number of undergraduates = good. Means smaller classes. Teachers were friendly
Far enough from home that I have to dorm, but close enough that I can visit - I am accident prone sooo
Has all sports that I am interested in and study abroad (see link) at Oxford

SUNY at Buffalo:
Has Biotechnology undergraduate degree that I wanted
Haven't visited, but looks like a nice campus
Really far from home - and in cold climate
Got into an honors program there
A lot more undergraduate students
A little more expensive regarding tuition

Basically, holding back from making a decision because of major. What would you do? Responses appreciated. Need to choose soon. Thank you

I would probably go to SUNY at Buffalo, mainly because they have the Bio tech undergraduate degree I’d want to major in.

I would visit SUNY at Buffalo before making a decision.

Doesn’t SUNY Buffalo also offer an honors college option (a pretty good one by the way)? Nice to see old STAC is still alive and kicking, though.
