If you qualified for the grant for income under $100,000 there is a $15,000 loan cap so that may be why you would have loans instead of grants, but when you have $15,000 in loans you will receive grants I think.

soooo, if you got accepted and don’t wanna go please inform emory of that for the sake of us waitlisted people.

so i guess those who had that depositlink last night did mean that oxford accepted them…cause it happened to me

Can anyone tell me what’s the difference between Emory and Oxford please? I got in to Oxford. Good luck to everyone.

My son got rejected - ?? great stats: SATs -1470 (CR/Math) 2210 (all three), SAT II - 740 Math 660 Chem, 3.7 UW GPA, tons of great ECs and recs… I am puzzled

Lucy, I’m in the same boat as your son. 34 ACT (= 2280 SAT), 760 USH, 710 Math, 690 Chem. 3.87 UW GPA and lots of ECs. :(

how do you find out your opus pin and ID? ive checked all of my old mail repeatedly. I cant them anywhere. thank you!

@dvd1880: you have to create one. You go to their OPUS system, create new account. You need to type in your SSN and birthday to get an ID.

Waitlisted at Emory but accepted at Oxford. I also got into Amherst, so I probably won’t be attending Oxford. Congrats to everyone!
