All the best

thanks shruthi!

good luck to everyone

wow--that means almost all decision come out this month...Scary!

Where did you find this out?

Awesome - thanks for the update!

Re Jalexis: My guess is that he was just checking the admissions web site (http://www.stanford.edu/dept/uga/applying/index.html). It's bolded on the right-hand sidebar. I did the same thing myself - it was just a few days too early, I guess!

Oh boy, that's soon!

I also called yesterday and it told you this via an automated message before you get connected to a live person.

Thanks.
Good luck to everyone!

OMG...
thanks though!
:)

How many people are actually expecting an acceptance?

:(

28th seems so near!!!

oh boy this is gonna be rough. i'll try not to have my weekend ruined

giajale, i'm DEFINITELY not expecting an acceptance...
:(

yay, this makes me less anxious, spaced out decisions is good

Better Friday than a Monday

lol given the ridiculous strength of the applicant pool, even getting waitlisted would be an accomplishment of sorts, albeit as somewhat sad one

Wow, really - I didn't believe my friend when he told me this ;)
His brother lives/works right next to the admissions building (He's a Grad student), and he told him about their frequent Friday policy

They try to release it on friday so that the inevitable flood of questions will have to wait 'till Monday!
Evil...I'm hoping I get in, but I guess it wouldn't be the end of the world.

How many of y'all are waiting for Berkeley tomorrow?

Berkeley here.

X___X

Deferred early...probably not getting in. Still crossing my fingers though.

omg, I just looked at my app and found serious spelling and grammar mistakes and absolute stupidity. I did it in the wee hours of the night of the deadline, so it was total bs, fast bs that makes no sense. Would you guys say I have no chance anymore?
I actually hope I get rejected because I realize after I applied that i wouldn't want to go there, it is by all means a great school, just location issues. good thing i must up my app. So what do you guys think?

sorry "messed up"
