<p>I found the brown rejection letter to be the nicest</p>
<p>they sort of delayed telling the decision until the last moment and then wished me well. I know it was a generic letter but it made me feel much better</p>
<p>I've accepted my decisions and am looking forward to duke... unless of course I get in to stanford or princeton. </p>
<p>I have a ray of hope because I used an essay for stanford and duke which I didn't use for any college... it was the question about what to tell the roommate</p>

<p>stanford girls made it pretty far though.. but if you're a guys bball fan, definitely duke.. not that you'd want to make your college choice based on THAT of course.. haha..</p>

<p>I wrote about a time I locked my grandma in the garage. I was giving my "roomate" the impression I'm not just totally serious all work and no play. I have a sense of humor in my personality. Dunno if they'll buy it. its a risk...</p>
<p>it was in the stanford magazine a while back...but if i read correctly, it's freshman girls and upperclass guys? don't exactly remember, though...</p>

<p>It's a tradition called "Full Moon on Quad", which takes place at the first full moon. Basically, incoming Stanford females are initiated into Stanford by being kissed at midnight by a senior. Recently though, freshmen male have been able to experience the same initiation rites.</p>
