<p>a) I've been to montreal over the march break with my friends for the past three years, and if you want to drink, you can. From my experiences there, I have never been checked for ID at any bar or club at Montreal, and they happily served me booze at all these places, and i dun look old or anything so i'm pretty sure they weren't mistaken.</p>
<p>Well, that's pretty normal (as the saying goes, the drinking age in Quebec is only a suggestion). </p>
<p>I just don't want to be seen as condoning underage drinking or anything.</p>
