<p>Is there any place to check your admission decision online? I know that the notification date is somewhere around 3/23 - 3/24.</p>
<p>My understanding is that they wait for 4 days before posting any information online because they want you to find out through snail mail.</p>

My understanding is that under "College Choices" near the top, it'll say accepted/rejected/whatever next to "Decision:". Very low-key, since again, they want you to find out by snail mail. :)</p>
<p>I think this last bit of waiting is the most dreadful since you know they've finished making decisions and all that's left for them to do is to prepare all the acceptance packets & rejection letters to send out...</p>

<p>it has to be soon...i know mit does notifications on the 15th (tomorrow), so maybe the 19th or 20th?
my page says three days, too. maybe they look at your geographic location when deciding when to post decisions. if they truly want the snail mail to arrive first, that would make the most sense.</p>

<p>soccernut: CMU's website says April 15th... we are just guessing when decisions will come out, because we think it will be earlier. We know that they came out on March 22nd last year, so we expect sometime at the end of March this year as well.</p>
