Declining undergraduate acceptance affect grad school chances?

<p>I was fortunate enough to be admitted to Harvard and MIT undergraduate this year. Right now, I'm almost positive I will be attending MIT. My question is: will declining undergraduate admission at Harvard affect my B-school chances at Harvard?</p>
