So is it only me, or did anyone else get numerous deferral letters? To be exact four. Four deferral letters.

I was thinking about being a smart ass and calling to ask if they were just testing my knowledge of double negatives but then decided to stray away from my sarcastic tendencies...

I would hope that i am not alone in this constant reminder of my not getting accepted.

lol

thanks,
trev

lol. 4?! no I only got one, are you a quadruplet?

Maybe they wanted to rub it in 3 additional times

haha yeah thats pretty much what i figured...

and no im not a quadruplet! lmaoo

haha...double negatives!

I got 2 letters, though they sent one to our P.O. Box and one to our Home address, so it kinda made a bit of sense.

Wasn't there another thread about getting deferred without even sending in the entire application? Based on some of this stuff, you cannot convince me that some of this isn't a crapshoot.

well, just to let you know...

somebody from admissions saw this thread and contacted me to let me know the 4 letters were not intentional (which i had assumed lol) and that it was the result of having two copies of my address in their system....

he went on to say that he has no idea why i received four, however.

hmmmm....signs from above?

:D

and if that officer is reading this thank you once again for contacting me! it made me less....worried haha

Whoa, it's a little surreal knowing actual admissions officers are reading our posts....

well, it makes the whole process seem a little more personal i guess?

it upsets me that to be accepted to a college your judged on a piece of paper you stressed over and not the person you really are...

the whole system seems convoluted to me but...everything happens for a reason eh?
