Hi, does anyone know how we’re supposed to submit additional letters of recommendation? The deferral letter implies that we’re supposed to upload them ourselves onto the applicant status portal, but wouldn’t that be in violation of the FERPA agreement etc? Also, when’s the latest we can submit additional documents for consideration in the RD round? Thanks

It’s not a violation. What you waive is that you won’t go to Harvard to ask to see the recommendations once they receive it. The fact that you transmit it to them doesn’t violate that. There’s no injunction about your reading or handling rec letters per se if your rec writer allows it.
