Deferred admission for a year, but haven't received anything from Harvard

So I deferred my Harvard admission about three weeks ago and I haven't received anything from Harvard since. Is there anyone on this board in the same boat?

My son did last year. You should soon (they are still processing the acceptances) get a letter from Admissions letting you know the logistics and rules (just don’t enroll in another degree granting post secondary school) for the gap year. Then some time in February or March you will get an email asking–“hey, do you still plan to come? What have you been up to?” After saying you are coming they will then send you stuff when 2016 gets admitted. That’s all. Don’t worry-- everyone gets approved for the gap year. If you don’t hear anything in a week or so, call Admissions just to make sure there hasn’t been some office snafu.

Thanks, etondad. Anyone else on this forum is going to take a year off?
